About Go Outdoors Fitness

Who We Are

Founded by Army veterans and delivered by both serving and former forces members, we bring inclusive, progressive, and structured training to our outdoor fitness classes.

Our focus is on building a strong community where everyone motivates and encourages each other, all while having fun along the way.

Our Outdoor Workouts

Our workouts are designed to combine cardio, strength training, and endurance exercises, helping you achieve peak physical condition no matter where you are in your fitness journey. We strive on ‘Us together’ to make sure we are inspiring all members of all abilities to be part of our community of like minded people.

This core principle is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that everyone, regardless of their fitness level, deserves to be encouraged, motivated, and supported in their journey. Our Ethos ensures that no one ever feels left out or discouraged. Each individual is challenged at their own pace, with personalized support to help them succeed. Whether you’re just starting out or striving for a personal best, we’re here to help you push your limits and reach your goals.
